Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contact car dealer to refer cases

• Promote car loan products, EUL and E Tuk Tuk to people at business location, office, residence and digital social media…etc

• Making a plan for group promotion at car showrooms two time a month and discussing with all dealers how to boost sale cars out

• Site visit on business or working place, residence

• Collect documents and analysis on customer case flow, collateral price, Checking CBC record, making credit memo for approval on both hard documents and system

• Contact insurance company to issue new policy to cover on car loan

• Making contract for customer sign and thumbprint and disbursement

• Follow up due date, Past due to pay money

• Follow up customer to renew insurance

• Making daily activities and past due report to management

• Making notification to past due customers

• Making e draft to request all original documents related car loan from loan admin to collect the car in Phnom Penh and provinces

• Fine a replacement to pay off the loan or pay installment instead of NPL customer 

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in law or related fields

• Minimum year 3rd or one year of working experience in related field

• Understand and familiar with Cambodia rule

• Positive mental attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to work both independently and team work

• Good command in spoken and written English is required

• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications etc.
