Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide professional standard service to customer via Contact Center channel (phone, live chat, email, customer voice…)

Provide accurate information related the bank product and service

Make outbound/survey call to customer
-
Identify and escalate priority issue to correct department
-
Record and generate daily report for management
-
Other tasks assigned by management.
Minimum Requirement:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalence qualification
-
Past working experience in a Commercial bank, MFI or Financial Institute is an advantage
-
Good command in spoken and written English is required, Korean Language is a plus
-
Computer skills in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

A customer oriented, cheerful personality and enjoy working as a team

Working day: 5 days per week (Saturday & Sunday is mandatory)
- Day off: 2 day off per week between Monday – Friday (Assigned by Management)
