Roles & Responsibilities:

Control/manage on Admin stock to make sure efficiency.

Ensure the suppliers’ payment make on time and accurate.

Backup receptionist responsibilities.
-
General administrative duties.
-
Other tasks assigned by management.
Minimum Requirement:
-
Have administrative experience at least 2years.
-
Commercial bank working experience is a plus.
-
Ability to stay calm under pressure and a great team work player.
-
Good at time management to complete the tasks.
-
Good command in spoken and written English is required, Korean Language is a plus

Computer skills in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
